The Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania celebrates the life and ministry of Blessed Absalom Jones, the first African American priest in the Episcopal Church.
Philadelphia Episcopal Cathedral is pleased to host the annual Absalom Jones celebration commemorating the life and ministry of the first African American priest of the Episcopal Church. The Rt. Rev. Charles E. Bennison, Jr. will be the Presider. The Rev. Randy Callender will be the Guest Preacher.

Special music will begin at 10:30 a.m. followed by the Holy Eucharist at 11:00 a.m.
A reception will follow.
Complimentary parking is available at the lot on Market Street between 38th and 39th Streets. Enter on 39th Street.
