Cathedral Participates in 2010 Locust Walk Fair at Penn
Spreading the Good News!
On Labor Day, Dean Judy Sullivan and the staff of the Philadelphia Cathedral participated in the annual Locust Walk Fair on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania. The picture perfect weather resulted in a remarkable show of students on campus as they settle in and prepare for the academic year.
The Cathedral staff welcomed the students and distributed literature about the Cathedral as well as some grab bags and encouraged them to stop by and worship with us.
Many students requested to be added to our the Cathedral’s mailing list and, of course, they were invited to the Cathedral’s Homecoming Sunday celebration, when a a delicious pot luck luncheon will be served following the 10 AM Eucharist.
