The 16th Arturo A. Schomburg Symposium presented by Taller Puertorriqueno in collaboration with the Philadelphia Episcopal Cathedral will feature the screening of 2 films: “We of the SAYA”, by Sisa Bueno. This is an insightful documentary that crosses the personal stories of Afro- Bolivians as grassroots members to achieve community recognition as a legitimate ethnic community.
